The hotel is in a great location. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The absence of a restaurant and additional parking fees were drawbacks. I wish we had more dining options during our stay.

My triple room was well-appointed & functional. Got great bed and large bathroom.

The room was quiet and luxurious on the upper floors and it had wake-up service, that's cool. The location was marvellous, close to Flynn Theater. There were a bakery and fabulous shops around the hotel.

The helpful staff swiftly provided a wheelchair for my daughter after her surgery, allowing us to navigate comfortably around the hotel. Enjoying the freshly made breakfast options was a good start to our days.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The bike rental service was convenient, but our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival.

Great location near downtown. Room heating system loud. Rental bikes available nearby which is convenient.

The King Room was spacious and had a modern vibe. The shower was nice, but the heater was super loud at night. Cleanliness was on point and loved having a fridge and coffee maker. The view of the lake was fine! It was a good spot overall, just wished it was quieter at night.

The location is super close to everything, easy to walk around the city. The staff was so friendly and took good care of us. The hotel was clean, and we had a blast checking out the comedy club next door. Just wish the room was a bit quieter, though!

The pool was great for the kids, and the fitness center was well-equipped. The airport shuttle made travel easier, and the lounge area was cozy. We even enjoyed dinner in the bar area with a chill vibe.

This place is nice, and has everything I need like fast wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a lovely bar/lounge area. I still remember how the staff helped me find a lost item on my first stay. Highly recommend!
